To manage an existing project that strives to reach the young adult deaf community in the city/region we will be working in the Gospel and Love of Christ. We will give purpose in this life to this demographic who would normally be shunned by society by providing employment through a bakery/cafe type NGO (non profit business). The deaf would receive life and work skill training, as well as housing as needed. Some in this sub-culture do not even know that sign language exists and therefore would receive training in this area also. The heart of the ministry is that we desire to see these same young adults find Hope for eternal life through Jesus Christ. This is accomplished by building relationships with them, praying for them and relying on the Holy Spirit's work in their hearts. Discipling the new believer would also be facilitated for further Christian growth through a house church type fellowship.
