I have ministered in Japan with TEAM since 1991, serving for most of the time as International Staff at Japan's largest Christian publisher, Word of Life Press Ministries. For a long time, the has been burdened by the plight of returnee Japanese Christians and has desired a more direct role in their discipling and encouragement. This in turn will grow the Japanese Christian Church from its current 1% of the religious population by encouraging returnee to be vibrant witness in both the workplace and family--to the glory of God.
