The Laymans
Dennis and Violet have served in Hong Kong, China and now Thailand for almost 15 years. In Thailand, we are working with Christian Outreach Centre Foundation and the Haven Foundation. COC and Haven have many ministries in Thailand and Burma from humanitarian work such as children homes, medical teams, and training programs to church planting. Our particular focus is teaching the Bible and discipleship training in Burmese refugee camps along the Thai/Burma border. Dennis is also the Administrator for the Leadership Training Institute with COC. We bring in nationals from Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, Laos, Tibet and China and teach the basic Biblical principles and values. Those that show a call for more, we move to a higher level and teach leadership principles and pastoral ministry.
