Stephanie coordinates Joy El Ministries' Barnabas Program, which is part of the year-round leadership training program for teens. Each student meets regularly with a mentor from his/her church for spiritual growth and shepherding. Stephanie encourages and equips the mentors, as well as administrating the program.
